Do you install for interior designers and trade partners?
Yes — designer and trade work is a major part of what we do. We coordinate with your workroom, handle building COIs and freight reservations, and deliver a finished install with on-site steaming and dressing so panels are photo-ready when we leave.
What is a French return curtain rod?
A French return rod bends 90° back into the wall at each end, so the curtain panel wraps around and meets the wall. It blocks side-light, gives a built-in custom look, and is the standard for high-end primary bedrooms in NYC apartments.
Do you steam and dress curtains on-site after installation?
Always. We steam every panel after hanging, hand-train the pleats into even folds, band the panels, and let them set so the drapery looks tailored — not stiff or creased — the moment we leave.
Can you handle COIs for Rudin, Related, and other managed buildings?
Yes. We're fully insured and routinely provide COIs naming the building, managing agent, and owner, along with whatever protection and freight scheduling the building requires.
Do you also install Roman shades and roller shades on the same visit?
Yes — multi-product installs are our specialty. On this project we combined custom curtain rods, French return rods, a Roman shade, and roller shades layered behind decorative drapery, all completed in a single coordinated visit.
